This morning we finally said goodbye to Option One Guido. Hailing from Alabama, and with the extensive ground up bare metal restoration that followed, not to mention the Dormobile Kombi with Pop Top Conversion…what a beauty he’s turned out to be!
Our Vw Split Screen, Sylvia, was heavily modified by her previous owners, and our job was to return her to the beautiful original looks of the 15 Window Deluxe Kombi model that she was! Being a 1963 Model, she retained lovely period styling and perks only available on a model of her age.
